Integrated service is Orient’s characteristic service, which means the integrated service for drill bits, downhole motor, instrument and orientation, fully reflecting the matching of drill bit selection with formation, lithology and orientation, of downhole motor selection with drill bit selection, and of orientation instrument with project and orientation business. Meanwhile, it is able to reduce the inefficient cooperation of site data acquisition, information communication and business management, which thus enhances customers’ satisfactory degree and reduces cost. Orient has gained great achievement in the aspect of integrated service in 2015.

2 pieces of Orient’s cone drill bits, 1 piece of PDC drill bit were totally used in this well with footage of 2708m, net drilling time of 197 hours, penetration rate of 13.74m/h and period of 14.45 days.
The combination of downhole motor and drill bits performed well in this well. The penetration rate increased by 1 m/h and the actual drilling period reduced 0.5 days than the designed drilling period.
Applying Orient’s high energy saving MWD, 258 working hours of one battery bank have been realized to fulfill the entire borehole construction for consumption reduction.
